  • How did they ever find me?

    Date: 2011.07.08 | Category: Anecdotes | Response: 5

My esteemed blog readers : I’ve been really busy lately, and my blog updates have been a bit slow. I could tell you that it’s because my day job is consuming way too much of my bandwidth, or because I find myself in the car all day driving my kids to and from their summer programs, or because my cleaning lady didn’t show up for two weeks and I’m struggling to keep up with the mess I call my house, or because my baby was sick this week. Or I could just tell you that I’ve been really really busy. Okay? Okay.

So my head isn’t capable of writing an intelligent blog post today. Sorry if you came here looking for something serious.

I’ve been writing this blog for a few months now, and I’m really enjoying it. I don’t have a huge following yet, but I’m grateful to all of you who take time to read my musings and offer your comments and support. Most of my blog readers visit my blog via Facebook or Twitter (if you haven’t subscribed to my blog yet, look to your right and enter your email address in the SUBSCRIBE field). Yet, sometimes people stumble across my blog via a Google search. I have been amazed by some of the search phrases that have led people to my blog.

So I thought I would share with you a sample of some of the phrases people have Googled and ended up at my blog. I am not making this stuff up!

Anybody else have any bizarre Google phrases that have landed people on your blog or website?
